We are an agri-business financial management services provider. We work with you to get to know the people and the numbers behind your business. We have a large focus on helping you create and annual cashflow forecast and reviewing this regularly to see how you are tracking and reforecasting for the months ahead when required.

Rachael Trickey
Co-Founder
I grew up on rural property in the western district, running a mixed livestock and cropping enterprise, along with a Merino Stud. After 14 years working in public practice accounting, specialising in business advisory & financial management for agricultural businesses, I took on a career change as an agribusiness bank manager. For the past 3 years I've been assisting livestock, broadacre and service to ag enterprises with their banking and lending requirements.
When I'm not crunching numbers, I'm outside in the garden, playing with the dogs or working with my horses.

Bronte Gorringe
Co-Founder
I grew up in South-West Victoria, in the centre of dairy country, helping in my family's agricultural contracting business and working on the neighbouring dairy farm for 10+ years. I now live on my parent's farm near Cavendish, where we run a merino sheep operation.
I worked with Rachael for 5 years specialising in business advisory, benchmarking and cashflow management for agricultural clients and business. Then worked for 3 and a half years as an Agribusiness bank manager, specialising in lending between $1-15mil to predominately livestock and broadacre enterprises.
I'm always happiest outside, getting things done around the farm and the garden!
